Why we do this
Older lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people often have worries about identifying themselves and accessing the
support they need. Older LGBT people have often lived a large part of their lives in less understanding times and
their experiences have made them cautious about accessing sevices. Somerset Gay Health in partnership with the Active Living
Project and Age Concern Somerset want to offer services that will enable older LGBT people to acess these and other statutory
services.
We're proud of our links with active living. There are activities running all over the county in addition to ours, why
